When in reviewed my application presented my cover letter in my résumé sat with the manager met with some employees the job description was briefly discussed and I showed interest
Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.

Easy just come on time and dressed well with respectful language and what days you are open to work ready to share so that there is no time wasted on both ends.
