J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Dunkin'
Entretien
I applied at Snag a job.com not really expecting a phone call. A few weeks later I got a call for an interview. I first had and interview by the district manager. He asked me the standard interview questions. "What does customer service mean to you"? "Describe how you communicate well with customers" "Are you a team player"? "Describe your duties and (insert previous job)", Pretty easy stuff, the guy who interviewed mean seemed nice. He said I had very good communication skills which is weird to me because i am very shy and ackward. Next I had to get interviewed by the store manager. She asked me pretty much the same questions. Then asked me things like "you have no problem lifting 50 ibs"? ect.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Pretty standard questions. I hate when they ask "describe an experience where you went out of your way to please a customer"?
J'ai passé un entretien chez Dunkin' (Bellingham, MA)
Entretien
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer
