I came in & was sent to HR to do paperwork. I was then interviews by the lady in HR. Shortly after I was interviewed by my former supervisor. She asked a few questions and told me she would contact me.

Applied online and the phone interview followed. The phone interview took an hour. The overall interview consisted of scenarios. There were questions asked about my relative experience and how well do I mesh with co-workers, and the management team.
