I applied at a job fair and got an interview right away. They were very flexible and understanding with my School hours. The managers seemed very friendly and wanted to make the store a fun work environment.

it was a good interview and got to learn about the organization and it was fun to see everything working together and i enjoyed the process and meeting hte hiring management team and the other people

Honest and straight forward, actually show interest in each employee and their hobbies and interests. They also are very open about the benefits & retention post seasonal. Pay is fair and consider an employees current situation.
