The hiring was real simple. Sent my resume over and in a few days got a call from the store manager wanting me to come in for an interview. This was part of a job fair they have had all week at a local hotel since the new store is under construction. Interview was suppose to be with the store manager however I got to interview with his assistant. After about 30 min. when the interview was completed the store manager came in and the assistant wanted to go over my interview with her to him. So I waited just a few minutes while they were discussing my interview and the store manager came back and wanted me to tell him a story about when I helped a customer. After about 10 min. He wanted me to sign a background check and said they were going to call me either late Thur. or Fri. to let me know their decision. Friday the store manager offered me the position and i accepted!!😃 Process was real easy and they were true to their word throughout. Can't say that about other interviews I've had with other companies.
