I filled out a application online. Got an email 2 days later about doing a phone interview. I did a phone interview with the hiring manager. Immediately after got setup with another interview with hiring manager and HR manager. Immediately after that got set up with a webex interview with 2 physicians and the team lead.

What is your biggest strength and biggest weakness?
You apply online and will have a zoom interview on your phone or computer. First with manager, second with other staff assistants and last with providers. Very challenging interview process.
Completed on line job application, was called, set up interview, met with three individuals. One was the hiring manager, but then I interviewed with the physicians I actually would be working for. I was offered position via a email and phone call within two weeks. Then negotiated salary. Were interested to see if I had degrees or certifications.
