The interview was over the phone. It was professional, quick and relaxed. The interviewer gave an overview of the company first then started off with the interview afterwards. This happened on a Wednesday and by Monday morning the next week, I got a response. Unfortunately, I wasn't hired but I am quite impressed with their process. They give feedback which is commendable.
