Be prepared to know your stuff. Dudek hires competent and skilled professionals. If you don't have experience, just say so, and explain to them what you have learned thus far, what you want to learn, and how you want to be part of a great team. And be honest about that. Dudek is full of amazing professionals, experts in their fields, and they are more than happy to share that with people who have the same goals.

The process to interview was simple and straightforward. Very communicative panel. They explained benefits. They went over salary expectations. Everyone was friendly and nice. I did not feel stressed during the process.
