After submitting resume, I was contacted by the main teacher coordinator who briefly interviewed me on the phone. We scheduled an in-school interview which consisted of many technical questions, my background, teaching history, skills sets , interests and availability. Most of the staff have come through via the recommendation of ither staff members.
