it was a group interview pretty easy. they have you in a room with about 10 other people and first ask your first and last name and who was your last employer. the questions where all related to customer service and it was comfortable.

very quick process they ask normal questions nothing too hard. they were cool overall but i started within the same week of my interview. maybe a 2-3 day process. you dont have to dress professionally just casual

Group interview, Group question good environment. It's an easy process say the right things and you'll be fine. The people doing the interview are easy going. The questions are simple questions
