J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Drybar en mars 2014
Entretien
Received a phone call....told to come in for audition. I was told to bring in a model. Wasn't clear on expectations during the audition. After receiving a tour I was told to start my auction with guest. Learning there process to blow out each customer takes getting use too. Can't leave client at no given time, must keep blowdry going at all times. Only allowed to section hair with one clip. Which isn't a problem just would be nice to know that prior to so that you can get in a rhythm!

Entretien
First was a sit down interview with the manager, which was scheduled by a recruiter. Then came back and auditioned with a model a blowout and curls. It was pretty straightforward.

Entretien
Interview was casual, I had worked at a previous location, so I felt like it wasn't as in depth for that reason. It was two parts, one was just a chat with the hiring manager, the other was a half day of technical styling on clients to prove you can do the styles.

They asked how I got along with clients and stylists, working through a difficult situation or unhappy guest.
