This was one of the best interview experiences I had. I was contacted by an internal recruiter and had an initial 'screening' call scheduled 2 days later. The conversation was about my past experience, the specific role requirements and the company in general. On that same call we scheduled the next one with the hiring manager for the next day. I had a great conversation (approx. 30 mins) with the hiring manager who spoke very positively about the future of the company and was truly excited about the opportunity to build a strong and motivated team. Questions were all related to the role and my past experience. Next step were onsite interviews with 5 people (incl. hiring manager) for about 30 mins each. I had very engaging and interesting conversations with everyone and it never seemed to be staged or forced. All interviewers were experts in their fields, smart and very friendly. They all seemed truly interested in getting to know me and hearing about my past experience. While onsite I noticed that everyone was very passionate about working for Dropbox and excited about the future of the company. The last step in the process was a lunch meeting with the hiring manager to clarify a few more outstanding questions on both sides. The process was very streamlined and the recruiter was incredibly responsive and helpful along the entire process.

The interview process included a recruiter screen, call with hiring manager, presentation to team and a final round of interviews. It took about 2 months from initial contact to offer.
