The interview process is structured to be clear and transparent. It usually begins with an initial recruiter screening call, followed by a technical assessment or coding challenge. Next, candidates are invited to one or two technical interviews with engineers to discuss problem-solving skills, coding practices, and system design. Finally, there is a cultural fit or behavioral interview with the hiring manager or team lead. Introductory call, take home assessment, 5 interviews (mix of technical and non-technical) to follow, then offer. The take home assessment is done using CodeSignal. The test they gave me required nonsensical sorting of equivalent values that made no sense, and would require extensive "fixing" to match broken test cases.
