My first interview was a telephone interview with a member of HR. During almost the entire interview, I was told information about the company and the recruiter asked very few questions about me.
The second interview was the supposedly announced "coding session", which turned out to be a technical interview during the interview. I was then told about a different application process than I had been told in the first interview. The two developers (presumably) who were supposed to assess me introduced themselves very half-heartedly without mentioning their role in the company. It all seemed very unprepared and unmotivated.
After I was invited to the real coding session, the company announced other participants who finally did not take part. The coding session was anything but relaxed. The interviewers did not give me a minute to read the task, despite an organisational error on the part of the interviewers, which meant that I did not receive the task. In addition, the interviewers were neither friendly nor had a respectful tone.
The goodbyes and greetings in the interviews were all very abrupt and did not give a feeling of "future functioning cooperation" and friendly and respectful interaction. It was a rarity to see one of the interviewers smile.
All in all, almost every situation in the application process was very off-putting and not at all inviting to continue applying for the job.
