Let me share my Interview exp. with them.
So they called me for the interview. I had x1 offer in my hand. I asked for x2 amount. After clearing every round. HR asked for the documents (Even the x1 amount offer letter ). I provided all the documents.
They refused to provide me the same x2 amount offer letter, just by saying that we never AGREED / COMMITTED that amount to you.
Though, My mistake was that I never asked for all these things in written. So If you planning to join this organization make sure you take everything in written before doing anything.

Just agree how much money they offer and you are in. This is a body shopping company. They say big and fake things on their website . There are no projects with them. They just hold your H1B. You find your project and they take 20-30%
