Very engaging. Met with 8 people over the course of three hours. Met individuals from the different scrum teams, the IT directors and the CIO. We discussed everything from what the job entailed to how strong handshakes make a difference in life.

The interview process was fairly long, and there was several rounds of interviews, first with the team, then two of the directors and finally the CEO. Some of it was casual, and some of it I was drilled with questions. I was there for almost three hours interviewing with different people.
