We know exactly who wrote this. This is not a place for some one who is idle and who cannot get jobs anywhere else, and is just eager to get some job offer.
A candidate cannot be hired, just because that person claims some 10+ yrs of experience, in some completely irrelevant areas. Naturally, when there are no relevant skills, they would get valued lower. And they would also be told to learn the new and relevant technologies, in order to be considered.
Being a startup, the company doesn't have the resources either in money or time, to spend on such candidates and wait for them to get skilled.
It is better to hire freshers with better attitude and train them from scratch. Our objective is to build a progressive culture, with fresh minds full of energy.
