Overall process was pretty fast and clear, it took about 3 weeks to pre-offer. With typical response/feedback time being of 0-1 working days, including reaction to the initial applying. Tech screen - you are given some code kind of related to real world and you need to treat it as a pr and generate comments. It is much more interesting then typical leetcode, but you need to readjust your mental model not to focus in the beginning only on the tactical level bugs. Coding - leetcode medium question previously mentioned here. Interview with hiring manager was one of the most humane and warm during this my job search. It also pretty naturally incorporated some standard behavioral questions and previous experience, but in a manner of the equal-sided discussion. System design - I was surprised and instead of typical designing some web/distributed service it all started as much more local problem with more focus on creativity, problem-solving and no single right answer approach. All interviewers were interested and willing to help.

A very lengthy remote interview process with a total of 6 interviews, where each one of them took around 1h. Met a wide range of employees and all were very amicable, honest and forthcoming even answering very direct questions about what would they improve about the company. Also had one of the most grounded and humane interviews ever with the Engineering Leader.
