      Entretien

30 mts virtual interview by HR (located in Belgium). The parent company (Sunrise Health) is based in France with a small sleep clinic in the US called Dreem Health (dreemhealth.com). This role, according to HR, was going to serve the US market for Dreem Health. After the first meeting was conducted by HR, I was asked by HR to complete a 'case study'/take-home assessment in PowerPoint and a pre-recorded Loom video. I was given a full week to do so and asked to invest 1-hr on the case study. The case study was pretty much about the 'strategies' you would use in order to engage qualified providers for their sleep clinic and boost the US patient traffic thru the provider referrals , outline your recruitment process in general and share why I chose the call to action that I used. Needless to say, this ended up being a pretty lengthy unpaid skills assessment to share your resources and strategies with recruiter and company. I went against my better judgment and did the case study. I provided more than what was asked to show my interest in the role and company. I passionately crafted the Power Point presentation to answer the assessment questions and recorded the Loom video. I submitted my presentation within the requested timeframe and was eager to hear back from HR. After a couple of days past by, I emailed her to confirm she had received my submission because I hadn't heard anything back from her. The day went by again, and still no response. Another email sent asking for status on the case study and next steps on the recruitment process, nothing. A third and fourth follow up email sent, still no response. I was completely ghosted after spending almost 3 hours doing the required 'case study' and Loom Video. Incredibly unprofessional of Dreem Health to be asking so much of a candidate and then not even give them the time of day again. Dreem Health/Sunrise keep posting their 'Territory Manager' role over and over in several US career sites, clearly a SCAM job. Candidates out there: be careful with star-ups like these looking for free labor or trying to conduct informational interviews for their own benefit with no intention to hire. I would not recommend this company.
