First was a phone call. The manager asked a few questions about my experience and then gave me a formal interview. The formal interview consisted of more questions on my experience and scenario based questions ( what would you do in this situation). Finally I had to try and sell a pillow.

Two-stage process — phone screen then in-store interview with the manager. Very relaxed and conversational. Competency-based questions focused on customer service. Friendly team. Heard back quickly. Would recommend being personable and enthusiastic.

It wasn’t very easy considering how it was my very first job interview. Most of the questions asked were scenario based questions and since I had little experience I wasn’t able to give them the answer they wanted. After the interview, you’ll be asked to demonstrate with an employer using the company’s product how you’ll answer a customer in a real time situation.
