The interview process consisted in CV and motivation letter submission, together with my university grades and recommendation letters from other companies I worked for. The following step was a phone interview with the HR manager, who actually called me the DAY BEFORE, apologizing as she made a mistake with the dates we previously discussed. Everything was conducted in German to test the level of my knowledge - as I am not a native speaker and one of my tasks was translating the website from German to Italian. Questions were quite generic (previous work experience and studies) and information about the company and the job was provided.
