My interview was scheduled during a manager meeting, so I sat waiting for 45 minutes. The interview itself only lasted about 5 minutes, I was only asked about availability and experience as well as the generic "tell me about yourself". A second in person interview was then scheduled. Later that evening I receive a text about how they're not hiring for BOH. I don't buy it considering I had a phone interview prior to that and that manager said they were. I can almost guarantee their BOH is majority men like most other places.
