Recruiter asked for time to schedule to chat about the role. Very little information asked about the candidate or skill set required, spoke entirely about how great the company was and how they were so successful etc. Was told that there would be next steps and would get an interview, also given cell phone. No updates after a week and no response whatsoever. Very unprofessional and speaks to culture from what I’ve heard. Completely ghosted.
