I interviewed with Dragonfruit in 2025. My experience matched me with a role and I had a Round 1 interview with someone on the team. We went over my experience in prior roles as it related to the job, and they gave me a multi-hour take-home planning assignment to map out editors' workflows as well as email tests for managing production schedules with client delays with screen recording required to explain my answers. I submitted the assignment and received a generic rejection by EOD and was ghosted after that. I was not given the courtesy of any other communication.
