Phone call. With general questions. Mentioned I had done some Android programming and all of a sudden I was interviewing for an Android Dev. position. I mentioned that my professional experience wasn't in Android development but the recruiter sent me their interview test for Android devs anyway.

The phone screening question was standard and went over my resume, along with talking about the role. Asked about test driven development a lot. They do a technical question, then a system design question, followed by a meeting with the team manager it sounds like.

The interview process was fairly straightforward - after the screening and technical interview they put you in a 3 hour final round with three separate interviews back-to-back, the last one being a chat with the team lead. The recruiter was nice and helpful throughout the process.
