Had two hour-long one on one interviews, which were problem solving exercises. In one, the interviewer was enthusiastic and seemed to know what he/she was doing. In the other, the interviewer was consistently looking at his/her computer to check whether I was solving the problem correctly; he/she did not seem interested in any ideas outside the scope of how his/her computer said the problem should be solved.
In both interviews, there was no time for me to ask questions.
