Applied online for a position, was reached out to the next day to schedule a phone interview with the recruiter. From there I was immediately scheduled for another phone interview with the manager of the department. I was then told I would be reached out to within a week for next steps. One week turned into a month+ later for them to schedule an in person interview. Arriving at the offices I was greeted promptly, and thought the overall process went really well. After the interview I met with the recruiter to discuss how it went; and they told me to reach back out in a few days letting me know they would provide an answer/feedback regardless if I received the job or not.... however the rumors on here are true, and they ghosted me. I sent a few follow up emails, and have not received any responses. After going into the offices for over 3 hours for an in person interview, any sort of response back would have been nice.
