I don't understand what these people are doing, but if you're looking for people throughout Europe, perhaps consider having an HR person available for interviews at better times than 1 AM in the middle of the night?

it took 30 minutes and mostly very technical question were asked .personality related questions were not asked and it seemed that company had their own strategy and just needs somebody to execute
