Entretien
The Interview process took about 4 weeks. Got a call from HR, then interviewed with a hiring manager. Final interview was in person and involved a research assessment. the entire process was very straight forward. HR and the team were very friendly and applying to the position was a very positive experience.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Dow Jones (Barcelone) en sept. 2025
Entretien
Three rounds of interviews: screening interview, skills test and final interview with the hiring manager and a senior team member. I made it to the last stage, but to this day, I haven't heard back from them. I deduced that I was rejected but I still haven't received a formal rejection email, despite sending the recruiter and hiring manager a follow-up email. It has been 5 weeks since my last interview. I had to take a holiday for each interview and invested considerable time i the recruitment process. Unprofessional.

Entretien
It was a 2-step process:
1 - a test to check your research and excel abilities. The research part was easy, excel part - more difficult, time was also limited
2 - an interview with a manager and another employee who asked pretty basic questions. People were nice but ghosted my emails after the interview

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Dow Jones (Washington, DC) en déc. 2024
Entretien
The process took about three months from start to finish. I applied in mid-November 2024, had an initial conversation with the recruiter a week later, and then was asked to complete a rather difficult 2 hour timed assessment of my language and research skills. Apparently that went well, as I was passed on to two managers for an interview in early December, which involved typical behavioral questions, but lots of them, and there was almost no casual conversation. The interviewers were cordial, but not exactly warm, although I thought it went pretty well. When I sent a follow-up email afterwards and thanked them for their time, only one responded, and she gave me a cookie-cutter expression of gratitude for my time and curtly told me to direct any more questions to the recruiter. All of this would not have been so bad, I suppose, if not for the fact that when I checked in with the recruiter after weeks of waiting for an update, she informed me that the interview process would take yet another couple of weeks. That was late December. I finally received the rejection email in mid-February 2025. Overall, I was not very impressed with the way the people at Dow Jones handled themselves or me as a candidate.
