Was in contact with a recruiter from a career fair. Then had an hour long interview with two other recent grads that worked at the company. Was ghosted after following up

First round of interview has 2 stages. First stage is a group interview with 5 questions asked and 1 open-ended question. For the group interview, it's a one way interaction with the interviewer asking the question and the interviewees answering. He will not follow up with your answer and the interviewer seems disinterested during the interview. Second stage is a group activity. We are required to build a stable structure with straws and ping-pong ball. Interviewer is someone from HR and he will be observing from the side.
