Very nice interview process. With 4 people, 1/2 hr ea. General Qs about my b/g. Behavior Qs including "tell me when you disagreed with a team member?" "Had a difficult co-worker?" "What are you most proud of in career?" "describe when you led a group and outcome?". Job level was not a right fit and they hired an inside candidate. Classy in follow up with personal phone call from hiring manager. Was impressed that people there seemed to be happy w/in the corp culture and happy with career progression options.
