After an initial interview with a contracting firm, I was afforded an opportunity to interview with the client, Dover Artificial Lift. The interview process was simple, no behavior based questions. The IT head performed the interview, and practically stated that he was looking for someone who would not ask any questions. This was a stumper for me, having been in the support field for over 20 years. He would not show me the support working area, which has never happened when I have asked.
