Firstly you have aTelephone interview. Followed by a interview with then branch manager if this is successful you then have a interview with the area manager who probed more on the questions previously answered. You also have to complete a questionnaire about your personality.

Questioned significantly about how I would feel leaving my young child with childcare and what would happen if there was an emergency. Obviously looking for someone with no commitments.
