The interviewer conducted personal business and was very chatty about it. I thought she was setting the tone for a very laid back work environment. When she took a personal call and made two re her child's afterschool activities I figured they were things that needed to be taken care of immediately so Mom would know which other mom would be with her child. When she started yawning and nodding off, I wrote the interview off. She did not know that I knew the next person that was being interviewed. He said she was very professional and he got the job.
