I first met with HR manager who asked me questions about my qualifications and the basic questions you get at any interview... pretty standard. Then once that was over I was asked to come in again and I met with two other people. The first was a woman, she was very sweet. She described the goal of the company and what they were really looking for. We spoke about goal, and about past accomplishments. The second person I met with was the actual CEO, which was great. You could see how passionate he was about his company and how he really wanted someone who would treat the company as if it was there own.
