The initial technical screening was fine, but the subsequent stage was an absolute TRAVESTY OF PROFESSIONALISM. The MANAGEMENT OF THE PROCESS was COMPLETELY UNPREPARED. During the session, an OUTDATED VERSION OF MY CV was used despite the company having the correct one on file. The CULTURE OF THE INTERVIEW was characterized by REPEATED INTERRUPTIONS and a complete inability to discuss the actual role. To make matters worse, the ORGANIZATION seemed UTTERLY CLUELESS about the specific position I applied for. The session was even HALTED by unscheduled internal disruptions, showing a TOTAL LACK OF RESPECT for a candidate's time.
When discussing logistics, a simple mention of hybrid or remote flexibility was met with TOTAL DISMISSIVENESS. The RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY was that it was "troublesome," followed by an ABRUPT HANG-UP WITHOUT A PROPER SIGN-OFF. This entire experience felt like a TOTAL SCAM or evidence of SEVERE MANAGERIAL INCOMPETENCE. The OVERALL CONDUCT was BEYOND RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. This company has HUGE ORGANIZATIONAL ISSUES. Do not waste your energy here—A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND A MASSIVE RED FLAG!
