J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Dotmatics (Bishops Stortford, England) en sept. 2018
Entretien
One Junior developer and the team leader interviewed me. Both didn't know anything about React or Spring and were asking questions about it. How are they supposed to know if my answers were good if they are not familiar with the technologies? I do not recommend interviewing there.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
They asked about SpringBoot annotations, but they had no ideia of what they were talking about. There was also a take home exercise that was quite good and interesting.
J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Dotmatics en avr. 2025
Entretien
Had the first call with the recruiter, standard chat about my experience and motivation.
The recruiter was really pressing to get things done quickly and when I said I was goyon holiday and that for personal circumstances I really need a break thyw went like: "ok but will you have access to a computer and a connection?".
Big red flag on company culture.
Anyway they messaged me saying the tech team decided to not proceed with my application.
I asked for a feedback and obviously didn't hear anything back.
