Excellent interviewing process. Including 3 stages which is mentioned below. 1. Telephonic interview with the HR Generalist. 2. Online technical interview with the Electrical Plant Manager, Lead manager and HR Generalist. 3. Offline interview with Plant manager to check your practical skills which also includes the Plant Tour to get familiar with the employees who's gonna work with you after hiring.

How will you learn new things which is not include in your Job role. 5. How will you tackle the task if you find yourself in trouble. 6. Incase of leading the team what strategies will you use to successfully completing the task. 7. How will you update yourself with the time. 8. What is the biggest challenge you face in your previous experience and what did you do to overcome that challenge. 9. If you are from different background and your Job role required a different responsibility did you accept the offer and learn what the requirements are.
