Was a really good process, they care that you fit with the company as much as your experience and knowledge for the role. The stages are good to dive into your experience and challenge you in a positive way to think of historic events you have had to deal with providing you opportunity to share your knowledge
this was a good process that had 3 stages to it. an initial meeting with the head of delivery who discussed more about me and my past experience to get an understanding of who I am and my character then two more interviews with the final one having a presentation
