The initial feeling is that this organisation is about to move home, its outgrown its current way of doing things and it is hungry for new talent. Comms are a little slow, but the face to face feedback was excellent. The DPS ethos, their portfolio and their vision for the future are infectiously communicated. The package of benefits are eagerly explained, not just by the HR Manager, but the Technical interviewer too.
