I applied online, and a recruiter reached out for screening a week or two after. If moved on, it is followed by a case study, and then hiring manager/team member interviews.

Question 1
What is EDITDA, how does it compare to net income?
Entretien
The interview process is not organized well - jobs seem to be posted when they aren't actually available. The job that I applied for months ago has still been listed (for at least 6 months now), so it is clear they just post openings to make themselves look like they're hiring to seem like they're doing well. I completed a rigorous case study after the initial rounds, and received a rejection afterwards with little to no feedback on what I actually did poorly, even after I specifically asked for it. Pretty clear they just use these interview processes to farm ideas for solutions to their problems for free in the case study rounds with no intention of hiring people.
