This was actually my second time interviewing at DoorDash, the last role I interviewed for was an Analyst role. The process the sourcer described was the same as my last, phone interview with sourcer, take home assignment, hiring manager interview then 2 panel interviews that are 30 mins each. The job and expectations were very clear, unfortunately the sourcer who interviewed me clearly had no interest in interviewing me for the role. Right from the beginning her tone and voice made the whole experience feel like she was just taking a number at a meat deli. Even when I asked about what working there was like, I was given a very corporate response and was borderline condescending. I still gave it my best effort and tried to remain unphased by her lack of energy during the call. To no surprise, I received the typical rejection email. The difference between my last experience interviewing with a recruiter at doordash was night and day, where the first time I spoke with them had much more enthusiasm and actually gave me a detailed answer about the work culture at the company. At one point during the call, she literally said "this is the part where you give me your elevator pitch" when giving her the standard answer to the "tell me about yourself portion." The rejection email was the same, with the only difference being "while we enjoyed" instead of "while I enjoyed" in the wording. Sounds like the culture has really declined since last interviewing with them, the automated rejection email left me feeling as if I dodged a bullet working at DoorDash.

Question 1
What project/achievements are you most proud of?
Why DoorDash?
Tell me about yourself?
Had a phone screener with a recruiter who very clearly did not want to be there and just asked typical generic questions about my background, communication styles, etc. Was given a take home case study and short SQL exercise and given 48 hours to return it (which I spent most of my weekend on) only to receive an auto reject email two days later. I did not get to speak to the hiring manager or anyone on the team I applied for.
Fairly simple recruiting process. Intro chat with recruiter, case study round, debrief of case study, then final round in office with team. Was given an Excel sheet full of transaction data and asked to put together a client-ready deck of slides with insights (graphs encouraged) and recommendations based on what was found.

I went through two rounds, with HR and my would-be manager. Both were fairly straightforward. I did think the manager interview went well, but no dice. I believe they look for a certain style in approach that needs some research.
