- Questionable interviewing tactic whereby they make it pleasant and friendly in the beginning with one person but attempt to make it unreasonably difficult and unfriendly with another person.
- No research done from the interviewer side in terms of applicant experience
- Seem to only care about making money and selling to customers as opposed to retention efforts and actually being a partner to customers.
- interview was not structured in a way that will allow you to share your experiences, Heavily focused on singular areas of interest which does not allow for them to capture the big picture in regards to your overall professional experience.
- you also get a cold automated rejection email from a no-reply email (yes, the one that every applicant gets when they don't even reach the screening) if they choose not to move forward instead of (like any other company I've interviewed with) having the recruiter reach out.

Applied online and got an Interview call within a week from a third party HR company that was contracted to screen for DD - The next round had 2 Interviews, one with the Hiring Manager and the other with someone in the same role to check cultural fit. The final round is a case study and a presentation
