Overall a bad experience: - Take home case took hours (far longer than the hour allotted) and unnecessarily time consuming - How role was positioned by recruiter and hiring manager in beginning of process was not reflective of the actual role, which became clear by the questions they were asking in the final round (after a lot of time had been invested) - The panel interview were 3 white males. This was also a huge red flag for me on team culture - complete lack of awareness of how this looks and feels, esp. to a non-white female - The final round, which consisted of essentially 4 interviews (each ~30m), occurred over a 6.5 hour time frame - total disrespect for interviewee's time
