The process began with a phone screening, moved onto a 1:1 interview with the hiring manager, and then there was a case study/mock pitch. The whole process felt rushed and my questions were never directly answered. I got the impression that work/life balance was poor, and also that they were underpaying for the role. I did not feel my time and effort as a candidate was valued during the entire process. I would not have accepted an offer, but ultimately wasn’t given one anyway. I was, however, insulted by making it to the final round and spending several hours prepping a presentation just to be hit with a rejection from a no-reply email…

It was a 3 part interview. Initial interview is around previous job history and alignment with job being interviewed for. 2nd interview is a role play and you’re attempting to close the person. 3rd interview is final and with hiring manager. If done well, you’ll be offered the job.
