I went through a phone screen, case study and then an interview with a manager. The case study was not difficult, but did require some time after work to complete (about 6 hours) because there were multiple questions, including an intermediate SQL component. I'm mostly annoyed that I took the time to go through two interviews and a case study and still received an automated rejection - at least have the courtesy for a human to reject me, after 3 rounds. I was also shocked by how low the salary for the position was, given the set of skills they were looking for and the level of responsibility, but decided to continue in the interview process because I thought I might be able to negotiate for a higher amount. Looks like I was saved that trouble, ha ha.
