Had initial screen with the recruiter, which was pleasant. 2 weeks later, I met with the hiring manager. Then everything went quiet. I followed up several times to find out where the company was in the hiring process. I was finally provided with next steps and details of who I would be meeting with. It went quiet again. When I followed up again, I was told that the role was put on hold, while the company reassess next steps. The role was reposted (or never removed) on LinkedIn, so, I reached out again. but, did not receive a response from the recruiter. This has been a very poor candidate experience.
