Interview process started with phone screen with hiring manager talking about role and team environment and why I was interested in DoorDash Next step was an analytical exercise; very open-ended questions regarding using metrics to define success and making recommendations with data Afterwards, I had to meet with a cross-functional partner; chat was centered around behavioral questions and how I react to different situations Finally, onsite interview with 3 senior leaders that you'd work closely with in the role: 1st behavioral, 2nd product sense/intuition, 3rd combination of 1st and 2nd but definitely more casual; first interviewer showed up almost 10 minutes late and didn't really seem interested in the conversation; second and third interviewers were much more prepared and definitely took the time to ask great questions to test a candidate and their fit for the role Ultimately, I didn't end up receiving an offer; reached out for feedback and was ghosted; left a sour note to an otherwise great interview process
