Next step was interview with Hiring Manager where they asked situational questions related to your experiences. Third step was take-home case study exercise in Excel. I found the case study to be extremely difficult, despite having worked in the same industry, as the assumptions provided were very niche & specific to the role. They give you 24 hours to turn it around. I had a positive experience with the recruiter as she was very timely and communicative.

There were two phone calls, one modeling test (somewhat challenging), and one super day with a full day of meetings with people on several teams that were adjacent to the role.
