Initial interview with HR where they gauge your interest in the role and provide salary expectations. Next step was interview with Hiring Manager where they asked situational questions related to your experiences. Third step was take-home case study exercise in Excel. I found the case study to be extremely difficult, despite having worked in the same industry, as the assumptions provided were very niche & specific to the role. They give you 24 hours to turn it around. I had a positive experience with the recruiter as she was very timely and communicative.

There were two phone calls, one modeling test (somewhat challenging), and one super day with a full day of meetings with people on several teams that were adjacent to the role.
