      I haven't actually had many interviews prior to my interview yesterday with Doordash. However, I can tell you all reading this that I knew that I didn't get the job before the third interviewer even came in. I had an initial phone screening on Monday. Seemed to go fine, general stuff to make sure you are who you say you are and to make sure you are still interested in the position. Then yesterday I went in for 3 in person interviews back to back. So a day to prepare for the long interview? The process took an hour and 20 minutes. The questions to me were not professional, the Wifi wasn't working and I even had to hand the first interviewer a copy of my resume because he could not pull mine up. Every interviewer kept mentioning they had 10 interviews before me that day. My name tag was misspelled. To say I had bouts of bad luck is an understatement. I also somehow managed to knock one of their chairs over when the first interviewer came in and went into an awkward handshake because of this. I felt like it was a wrap after that happened anyway, I wish I had had more fun during an obvious lost cause. Like another reviewer put, the first two interviewers were laid back and chill, the last one was not. My second interviewer kept me waiting for more than 15 minutes though which I knew was also a horrible sign. The third interviewer didn't even give me his name. He said he would "ask me very personal questions and I could feel free not to answer". I didn't find that very professional at all. I am in an interview, aren't I supposed to answer your questions? He even cut the interview short, it was maybe ten minutes long? He also asked me if my previous role at a movie theater was in a call center which shows me you did not read my resume prior, and are not paying attention to my responses. Honestly I prepared for this interview for hours prior and it wasn't enough preparation for me I guess. My suggestion to hiring managers is to space out your interviews. You owe us that much. Needless to say I got the rejection phone call today. Good luck everyone. Sucks because I actually really wanted this job too.
